Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Nebula Soup Design. Each piece is created and prepared with care. Please review the policy below before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges (Prints and Small Items)

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for defective prints or small shop items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.

If you receive a defective item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect

Once approved, you may be asked to return the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Commissioned Artwork

Due to the custom and personalized nature of commissioned artwork, all commission sales are final. I do not accept returns or offer refunds for completed custom pieces.

Shipping Damage (Original Physical Artwork)

If original physical artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photographs of:

  • The damaged artwork

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

In cases of confirmed shipping damage, a partial refund will be offered. The amount will be determined based on the extent of the damage.
